Thank you for the excellent support from CEO during J.P. Morgan’s Latin America Owner & CEO Summit held at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba last week. I truly appreciated working with Tony as our dispatcher and the rest of your team. We had extensive changes on flights, both on arrival and departure. I was so impressed to see one of your greeters at the airport waiting for someone who no showed on his flight as he arrived on a private flight with one of our guests. CEO truly drives to offer full service and ensure an outstanding client experience. Your drivers and vehicles were excellent. The flexibility and swiftness in dealing with changes were very much appreciated. CEO made my job easier. This is not the first time that J.P. Morgan has worked with CEO and I look forward to working with you again. Thank you for your exceptional service.

Solo quería agradecer enormemente todo lo que ustedes y su equipo hicieron para que nuestro evento fuera muy especial. Obtener permiso para tener el muelle Sea Passion III en ClubMed fue un gran negocio. Fue muy fácil caminar por la playa y sé que nuestros huéspedes apreciaron poder subirse en el último minuto. También aprecié que fue a Costco en nuestro nombre y compró la cerveza y el vino. El personal en el bote y en los autos fue excelente y lo pasamos muy bien. Tú y tu equipo son geniales! Cada vez que hago un evento en Cancún / Rivera Maya no tengo dudas de a quién usaré. John y su personal en CEO-México son mi opción para DMC. Van más allá, y siempre estoy seguro de que yo y los invitados estarán bien atendidos. Desde traslados al aeropuerto hasta visitas guiadas y ayuda in situ, entre otros servicios, lo hacen todo y extremadamente bien. Recomiendo y espero con ansias nuestro próximo viaje a la zona de Cancún.

¡Este es el segundo año consecutivo que nuestra compañía utiliza el CEO para satisfacer nuestras necesidades de transporte y excursiones en Cancún y lograron superar nuestras expectativas una vez más! Su personal no solo fue muy amable y servicial, sino que también nos permitieron hacer cambios sobre la marcha, cuando era necesario, para garantizar que todos los miembros de nuestro grupo fueran atendidos y realizaran las actividades que querían hacer. Acendas’ trust in CEO-Mexico was cemented even more many years ago when a client experienced a medical emergency during an excursion. The CEO-Mexico team shifted into high gear and rushed our client to a private hospital in order to receive immediate attention. The CEO-Mexico team also contacted the appropriate parties such as the hotel so the ambulance could swiftly get through the hotel gate, local authorities and hospital to alert everyone of the situation. That allowed us to communicate and focus on the client, its team and leadership. Because CEO-Mexico vetted its suppliers and integrated them as part of their team, all worked in unison to achieve the same goal. Quiero agradecerles por el excelente trabajo que el CEO México hizo al manejar nuestros dos últimos programas en Cancún y Riviera Maya. Aprecio trabajar con una compañía que responde rápidamente a mis correos electrónicos y llamadas telefónicas y siempre me guía en la dirección correcta seleccionando tours y actividades opcionales. Su servicio de bienvenida es el mejor y me gusta especialmente la calidad de los vehículos que utiliza su empresa para transferir nuestros grupos. En nuestro último programa que salió de Cancún, el clima severo provocó varios retrasos en los vuelos e incluso una cancelación. Aprecio el hecho de que su personal estaba en el hotel para ayudarnos con todos los cambios. Estaré encantado de recomendarlo a otros colegas en el negocio.
Not All DMC’s are the Same!
After 20 some years of dealing with CEO, I have realized that not all DMC’s are the same. From day one I also realized that if my company then (Optimum Travel) was to be successful, I would need to build strong relationships with my suppliers. To do so, I went looking for someone (DMC) with whom I could more or less partner with. I was not looking for a “company” per say, but, a person who would have a similar passion as I have ,and that no matter what, I could count on.. That person is John Nedeau and his very strong support staff of Alex, Ivan, Memo and others who have been part of the CEO team for years. I cannot think of any other DMC who provides the “personal” touch like CEO. I would like to highlight something that will demonstrate why every Event Planner should consider CEO as their Mexican travel partner. In November of 2018 I had a group in Playa Mujeres. Working with CEO we had made monogrammed bath robes for each participant. One day prior to group arrival I realized that I had given CEO a wrong name, resulting in 2 robes with the wrong initials. I immediately called John Nedeau to see what if anything we could do. John and Alex found 2 identical type robes in Cancun and had them both embroidered and delivered to the hotel within hours.. Need I say anymore.?… I mention this as to highlight what CEO could do when a problem arises. On the same trip, we had a participant who required some urgent dental work. Once again John came to the rescue. He immediately called his own dentist, who came into his office late in the day to take care of the problem. One of his staff even drove to the hotel to pick up the guest and transferred them to the dental office.. If you are not already a client of CEO, I strongly suggest that you book your next Cancun event with them.
You “GET” Us!
Dear John, I wanted to thank you for all your support on our Pinnacle Club event at Grand Velas. I knew when we met you on the site visit that you “got” what we were looking for – a high end, high service and seamless corporate incentive. From the beginning your proposal was clean and easy to navigate, which continued through all our changes and adds as the program grew! I threw you many curveballs and you were fast to respond and made it all happen! While you were my point person for the majority of the event, I cannot tell you enough how wonderful your onsite team was at the hotel and on the tours. They merged right in with our team and were on top of every detail. From advancing buses, being sure the towels were delivered for activities, assisting guests with directions and booking additional tours….they did it all and with a smile day in and out! This was the first year I worked with you in Mexico and have used many DMC’s in the past…I will for sure be using you and CEO Mexico again as well as to refer you when at all possible! Thank you again for everything and I look forward to partnering with you again on another great event!
