I have worked with CEO Mexico for nearly 20 years and I can honestly say they are truly the best DMC in the Cancun region. I will highly recommend them to any travel agency or FIT traveler looking for quality service and on time dispatches.

In 2023 we brought a group of nearly 1,000 people over 2 weeks to a resort south of Playa Del Carmen. John, Alex and their teams did an OUTSTANDING job of providing quality transfers as well as on site logistical planning for the entire group. Add to that, we contracted them to coordinate an "On site" gift experience for all of the guests with three different gift experiences throughout the week for 2 weeks.

John and his team at CEO Mexico have done it again!  Just having had a program with John and 350 beachgoers was flawless as usual!  I have been working with John since 2000 on what must be 20+ programs in the Riviera Maya and each and every time his team delivers a quality program with no mistakes.  It is nice to have a “go to” person in such a busy destination.  There are a lot of DMC’s in that area and I have worked with a few but none delivers the experience CEO does.  It’s not just about work either, I consider John a personal friend who just happens to live in a tropical paradise!  If anyone is ever looking for a partner on the ground in the Riviera Maya who will handle even your most difficult programs – CEO is the way to GO!
