Dear John, I wanted to thank you for all your support on our 2015 Pinnacle Club event at Grand Velas this April. I knew when we met you on the site visit that you “got” what we were looking for – a high end, high service and seamless corporate incentive. From the beginning your proposal was clean and easy to navigate, which continued through all our changes and adds as the program grew! I threw you many curveballs and you were fast to respond and made it all happen! While you were my point person for the majority of the event, I cannot tell you enough how wonderful your onsite team was at the hotel and on the tours. They merged right in with our team and were on top of every detail. From advancing buses, being sure the towels were delivered for activities, assisting guests with directions and booking additional tours….they did it all and with a smile day in and out! This was the first year I worked with you in Mexico and have used many DMC’s in the past…I will for sure be using you and CEO Mexico again as well as to refer you when at all possible! Thank you again for everything and I look forward to partnering with you again on another great event!
John - At long last the dust is settling on the various President’s Club events EMC hosted in April. Knowing what it takes to produce such events, I am filled with both joy and an overwhelming sense of pride (and yes, a bit of disbelief) at what our respective teams were able to produce/accomplish. Bringing an event the size of Americas Club to the Riviera Maya involves nerves of steel and many “leaps of faith”. Despite many obstacles and hurdles – 2,000 people, 4 hotels, 6 lobbies, and a jammed packed agenda of tours, activities and evening events - CEO Mexico delivered! There is no doubt in my mind EMC partnered with the right DMC. You know the importance of responsiveness and you know how to execute! That’s a recipe for success anywhere - well done - thank you!
